Let's chat! We want to hear more about you, your partner and what your vision and expectations are for your wedding day. This will ensure we are the right fit for your needs and allow us to create a customized experience tailored to you.

BOOKING

Ready to work together? FABULOUS! Once we get the housekeeping out of the way- you know, the contract, initial payment, etc. We will send you a detailed questionnaire to kick off the process.
VENDOR MATCHING
First up is crafting the perfect vendor team that will be able to deliver exactly what YOU are looking for. Here we will work on creating design boards and a design blueprint, sourcing vendors that will meet and exceed your expectations, and bring to life the aesthetic you have been dreaming of.

DIVING INTO THE DESIGN

Now that the vendor team is coming together quite nicely, it's time to hone in on your design. Let's talk flowers, linens, chargers, flatware, glassware, china patterns, stationary, signage, and so much more. It's time to pull the design together in ALL aspects of your day.
FINAL DETAILS
The vendor team is fully secure, the design couldn't look better, and now it is time for all the details to be finalized. We start with the timeline and layout, move into submitting final counts to the appropriate vendors, and finish off the finalization process. by creating your event document that goes through your day from start to finish with ALL the details.

The stage is set and it is all coming together! It is time to confirm all rental deliveries, run your ceremony rehearsal and pick up any items you've purchased.
